Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and nowpk ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your use of the nowpk website located at https://nowpk.io and all associated services, features, content, and functionality offered through it.

By creating a nowpk account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to comply with them. These Terms apply to all users of the platform regardless of the device, browser, or access method used.

nowpk reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility

Use of the nowpk platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. nowpk enforces a strict minimum age policy. Any attempt to register or access the platform by a person under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited.
• You must be a resident of or currently located in Bangladesh at the time of accessing the platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have a previously suspended or terminated nowpk account.
• You must not be acting on behalf of a third party or operating as an agent, affiliate, or intermediary for another person's betting activity without prior written consent from nowpk.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of nowpk or any of its affiliated game providers.

nowpk reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any stage to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension or the forfeiture of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Account Registration

To access the betting, casino, and gaming services offered by nowpk, you must register a player account. The following rules apply to account registration and ongoing account management:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active nowpk account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, or same payment method — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must notify nowpk immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account at [email protected].
• KYC Verification: nowpk may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time. Acceptable documents include a valid National ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification.
• Account Closure: You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting nowpk support. Any remaining balance subject to no active wagering requirements will be processed for withdrawal upon verified request.

nowpk reserves the right to refuse registration to any individual at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason for the refusal.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the nowpk platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: nowpk accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment methods available to you may vary based on your account status and location within Bangladesh.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum and maximum limits for individual payment methods are displayed on the deposit screen within your account.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your nowpk account balance instantly or within a few minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within one business day. nowpk does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own fees.
• Withdrawal Verification: nowpk may require additional identity verification before processing a withdrawal request. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into your account, or to a verified account in your own name.
• Currency: All account balances, bets, winnings, and transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka. No currency conversion is applied by nowpk.
• Source of Funds: nowpk reserves the right to request evidence of source of funds for deposits that appear unusually large or inconsistent with a player's normal activity profile. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in withdrawal holds pending review.

nowpk may offer welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotional incentives to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless superseded by specific promotional terms published at the time of the offer:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in the individual promotion's terms.
• Eligibility: Bonus offers are available only to players who have satisfactorily completed KYC verification and are in good standing. Players who have previously requested self-exclusion or have outstanding account investigations are not eligible for promotional offers.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Each promotion is available once per player, household, device, or IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity conducted through the nowpk sportsbook, including cricket, football, kabaddi, hockey, and any other sporting markets available on the platform:

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by nowpk. Bets are not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation on-screen or via your account bet history. nowpk reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its discretion.
• Odds: Odds displayed on the platform are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• Cancelled Events: If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before completion of the required play, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable market rules displayed for that event. In most cases, bets on cancelled events are voided and stakes returned.
• In-Play Betting: In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended or restricted at any time during an event. nowpk does not guarantee the continuous availability of live betting markets.
• Errors: In the event of a manifest error in odds, lines, or market descriptions, nowpk reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes, regardless of whether the bet has been confirmed.
• Maximum Payout: Individual bet payouts are subject to maximum payout limits per event, per market, and per day. Current maximum payout limits are available from nowpk support.
• Match-Fixing: Bets placed on events that are subsequently found to have been subject to match-fixing or manipulation will be voided and stakes may be forfeited pending investigation.

Casino & Game Rules

Casino and instant-win games available through nowpk are provided by third-party certified game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi. The following rules apply to all casino gaming activity:

• Attempting to access the platform's systems, databases, or source code without authorisation.
• Providing false or forged identity documents during the KYC verification process.

Responsible Gaming

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any part of the platform software.
• Use any nowpk trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any way that implies affiliation with or endorsement by nowpk without written authorisation.

Privacy & Data

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nowpk's aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

nowpk expressly excludes liability for:

• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the platform.
• Interruptions to service caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party outages, network failures, or force majeure events.
• Actions taken by game providers or payment processors that are beyond nowpk's direct operational control.
• Any reliance placed on odds, market data, or statistical information displayed on the platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits nowpk's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Amendments to These Terms

nowpk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are considered material — such as changes affecting player rights, payment terms, or eligibility — nowpk will provide notice to registered players via on-platform notification or email to the address on file.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this document. By continuing to use the platform after any amendment, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming and betting platforms serving users in Bangladesh. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through nowpk's internal support process shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitral bodies applicable to the matter.

Nothing in this clause limits nowpk's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where it determines such relief is necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
